Regency Lansdowne Guest House is set in town's peaceful and elegant conservation area of Brunswick & Hove. With wide Regency avenues and seafront squares and crescents, Brunswick Town is an interesting mix of history and heritage and modern day café culture, and only 10 minutes from the buzz of the city centre and main attractions. Nearby is the Sussex County Cricket Ground and the Buddhist Centre.

Brighton is about 45 minutes by car from the M25 via the M23/A23 with dual carriageway all the way to the city. Once in the city and from the main seafront roundabout at Brighton Pier, turn westwards along the coast road (with the sea on your left) and Lansdowne Place is off to the right about a mile along.

An all-day all-bus ticket is available for £3.50 per day. This covers the whole of the city including the Marina and is valid for trips to Devils Dyke, Eastbourne and the Seven Sisters National Park (which includes Beachy Head).

The nearest cross-Channel routes are ferry from Newhaven to Dieppe (France) – Newhaven is only 20 minutes by train from centre, and Dover & Folkestone (ferries and tunnel to France) about 2 hours drive from centre.

Our rooms are bright, fresh and airy combining the original features of an elegant Regency terrace house with modern day comfort. The accommodation offers 4 double ensuite rooms with shower, 1 twin ensuite room with bath, 2 single ensuite rooms with WC and hand-basin, and 2 further bathrooms – one with shower and one with bath. Our double rooms are particularly good for families with two rooms adjoining within an outer lockable lobby.

The guest house is short 15 minute seafront stroll to The Centre. Alternatively a 15 minute stroll along Western Road with its, restaurants, cafes, Bar lounges and shops will bring you to Churchill Square shopping Centre, with excellent bus and taxi links if you prefer to save your legs. Easily accessible from centre or Hove stations a taxi fare from either station is about £5.00
Gatwick Airport is 30 minutes away with good rail and road connections. Heathrow Airport is 2 hours away by the direct coach service .
