The guest house is short seafront stroll to The Centre. Alternatively a short stroll along Western Road with its, restaurants, cafes, Bar lounges and shops will bring you to churchill Square shopping Centre.
Being a historic conservation area, parking outside the guest house is at a premium with a residents' permit scheme in place. Pay and display street parking is on offer nearby and on the seafront. Parking for eleven hours for £3.50 is a few minutes walk away. Better still, leave the car at home, town is best explored on foot. town is about 45 minutes by car from the M25 via the M23/A23 with dual carriageway all the way to the city. Once in the city and from the main seafront roundabout at the Pier, turn westwards along the coast road (with the sea on your left) and Lansdowne Place is off to the right about a mile along.
